ALL ANIMALS USED FOR CUSTOM PROCESSING ORDERS ARE LOCALLY RAISED BY FARMERS PROVIDING QUALITY MEAT. ONCE THE ANIMALS GET TO WILSON FARM MEATS THEY ARE HANDLED IN A HUMANE AND RESPECTFUL WAY, HERE AT WILSON FARM MEATS WE HAVE A DEEP RESPECT FOR THE ANIMALS THAT PROVIDE EVERYONE WITH A HIGH QUALITY MEAT TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES. WE ARE A USDA INSPECTED FACILITY, THAT ENSURES THAT ALL ANIMALS ARE INSPECTED TO ENSURE THAT THE MEAT AND ORGANS ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. AFTER THE ANIMAL HAS BEEN HARVESTED AND CUT FOLLOWING YOUR PERSONAL CUSTOM PROCESSING CUT SHEET, ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. ALL CUTS WILL BE VACUUM SEALED, FLASH FROZEN, AND BOXED FOR EASY TRANSPORT PRIOR TO PICKUP. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION FROM US THAT IT IS READY FOR PICKUP. BRINGING COOLERS IS OPTIONAL; IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WILL NEED THEM TO TRANSPORT THE MEAT HOME, PLEASE FEEL FREE.
AT TIMES WE HAVE A WAIT LIST FOR CUSTOM PROCESSING, IF THERE IS A WAITLIST WE WILL GATHER YOUR INFORMATION AND CALL YOU WHEN WE HAVE SOMETHING AVAILABLE. WHEN AN ANIMAL BECOMES AVAILABLE THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS, IF YOU’VE DECIDED THAT YOU NO LONGER WANT OR NEED IT; THAT’S OKAY, WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND. PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN MOVE ONTO THE NEXT CUSTOMER IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE WEIGHT FOR THE STEER IS UNKNOWN BEFORE HARVEST BECAUSE WEIGHT FLUCTUATES WITH DIFFERENT FARMERS. THE BEEF WE GET FOR CUSTOM PROCESSING ORDERS IS BLACK ANGUS BEEF, RAISED LOCALLY. Wild Game Processing
At Wilson Farm Meats we batch all of our Venison regardless of weight brought in. If you are looking to get a species other than deer processed please contact Paige with the email link provided below. We accept wild game meat from Oct 1st until December 31st, No wild game will be accepted after December 31st. All meat must be fully trimmed/deboned, free of any hair, and in clear plastic bags; we DO NOT accept full carcasses. A $50 deposit is required at time of drop off, the deposit you put down will be a credit towards your total at the end. We do not start processing any wild game until after January 1st. We are a USDA Certified facility and cannot process Wild game at the same time we are processing USDA Certified meats. Thank you for considering Wilson Farm Meats for all of your processing needs.
