Pig Sale – Important Information Please read before placing your order. Price: $2.99 per pound based on the hang weight of the carcass (this is the weight after the animal is harvested and dressed). Deposit Required: A $100 deposit is required when placing your order. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee, making the deposit $103.50 when paid by card. Final Price: Your final total will be based on the actual hang weight of your pig. Final weight and price will vary. Pig Sale Cuts: This pig sale offers more limited cut options than a standard custom-processed pig. No Extra Fees for Curing & Smoking: Ham and bacon curing and smoking are included. There are no additional charges for these services. No Kill Fee: There is no harvest (kill) fee for this pig sale.
